Securing the Hiring Process at Community Living LTD

At Community Living LTD, keeping our clients safe and happy is our top priority. When we hire new healthcare team members, we’re very careful. We have a special way of choosing people called the 6C Values Framework. It means we pick folks who really believe in what we stand for. We call it the “mum” test – we want people we’d trust to take care of our family, just like we would.

Submitting Your Application

To apply, please use our specific platform. This helps us gather all the info we need about you – your skills, experience, and if you’re right for the job. It’s all about making sure you match up with our 6C Values Framework.

Getting to Know You: Pre-Screening and Interviews

Before we go further, we'll check in with you. We'll chat and ask questions to see if you're a good fit for us. It's important that you're on the same page with our values and what we stand for.

Meeting the Team: Panel Interview

: If things go well, you'll meet with a group of folks from different parts of our company. It's a chance for you to see if you mesh with us and for us to see if you fit in well too.

Checking the Boxes: Compliance and Registration

For those who make the cut, we'll make sure everything checks out. We'll double-check your qualifications and credentials to make sure you're good to go, according to what we believe in.

Learning the Ropes: Induction and Training

Once you're in, we'll get you up to speed. You'll learn about our company's rules, how things work, and what's expected of you. There'll be training too, like the Care Certificate, to make sure you're ready to provide the best care possible, following our 6C Values Framework.

Getting Your Feet Wet

Meet and Greet/Shadow Shift: Before you dive in, we want you to meet the gang. You'll also shadow some experienced carers during their shifts. It's a chance to learn the ropes firsthand and put our values into practice under a watchful eye.
